These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PlotPro website and web application (the "Service"), operated by ProSoftwareTools and GroMoney Capital. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PlotPro is a calculation and quotation tool for property dealers and financial associates. It helps you estimate plot prices, taxes, down payments, loan EMIs and cash/cheque splits, and to generate quotations for your clients.
All figures produced by PlotPro, including plot prices, stamp duty, registration, EMIs, interest and cash/cheque splits, are estimates for informational purposes only. They depend entirely on the values you enter. PlotPro does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Actual costs, government rates (DLC), stamp duty, taxes, loan terms and interest rates are set by banks, authorities and other third parties and may differ. Always verify figures with the relevant bank, sub-registrar office, or a qualified professional before relying on them or presenting them as final to a client.
PlotPro offers a free plan (which may display advertisements and include usage limits) and a paid "Pro" plan (which removes ads and limits). Details, pricing and features of the Pro plan may change. Payments, where applicable, are handled through the methods we communicate to you. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
The free version of the Service may display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdSense. Your use of the Service is also subject to the privacy practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ProSoftwareTools and GroMoney Capital. You may use the Service for your business, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, decompile, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
We aim to keep the Service available and working, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProSoftwareTools, GroMoney Capital and their operators shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or from reliance on any figures it produces, including lost profits, transaction losses, or disputes with clients or third parties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
