PlotPro is a purpose-built quotation tool for property dealers, real-estate agents and financial associates. It was created to solve a simple, everyday problem: quoting a plot's full cost to a client should take seconds, look professional, and carry the dealer's own branding — not require a calculator, a notebook, and manual EMI math.

Who builds it

PlotPro is developed by ProSoftwareTools, a software and digital tools venture, alongside GroMoney Capital, a financial consultancy based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Together they focus on practical tools for property and finance professionals across India.

What PlotPro does

• Calculates plot price from dimensions or direct area, in feet, meter or gaz.
• Adds stamp duty, registration and other charges for a true all-inclusive cost.
• Handles both bank-loan EMIs (with a full amortization schedule) and full cash + cheque payments split on the DLC government rate.
• Generates an attractive WhatsApp quotation and a branded PDF, signed with the associate's own details.
• Saves clients on the device for quick follow-up, and installs to the phone as an app.

It works on any modern phone or computer browser, with no installation required — though it can be installed as an app for convenience.
