This Privacy Policy explains how PlotPro ("we", "our", "the app"), operated by ProSoftwareTools and GroMoney Capital, handles information when you use our website and web application (together, the "Service"). Please read it carefully. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information stored on your device

PlotPro is designed to work primarily on your own device. The following information is stored locally in your browser (using local storage) and is not transmitted to our servers:

• Your associate profile (name, company, mobile, email, website, place, and profile photo).
• Client records you choose to save (client name, mobile, and quotation details).
• Your plan status and app settings.

Because this data lives on your device, clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app will remove it. We cannot recover it for you. You are responsible for the client information you enter and for obtaining any consent required to store it.

2. Information we collect directly

If you contact us (for example, to purchase a Pro plan or ask for support), we receive the details you send us, such as your name, mobile number, email and message. We use these only to respond to you and to provide the Service.

3. Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service, to display ads on the free version of the Service. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our Service and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

Users in the Pro (paid) plan do not see advertisements.

4. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand general usage of the Service (such as page visits). Where used, this data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

5. How we protect information

The Service is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Because most of your data is stored only on your device, the primary responsibility for its security rests with keeping your own device secure. We take reasonable measures to protect any information you send us directly.

6. Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your choices

• You can delete your locally stored profile and clients at any time from within the app or by clearing your browser data.
• You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.
• You can opt out of personalised ads using the links in Section 3.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
